Shipping within Australia is free for all orders over $99.  For orders under this amount, there is a flat rate shipping fee of $9.95 for delivery within Australia.

International shipping is free for orders over $75 USD.  For orders below this, please add your items to the cart to obtain a shipping cost.

We do!  We ship worldwide!!  International shipping is free for orders over $100 AUD.  For orders below this, please add your items to the cart to obtain a shipping cost.  We offer DHL Express shipping for any urgent orders.

Please note that we are not responsible for any Customs or Duties payable for International Orders.

All Australian and New Zealand orders are shipped from Melbourne, Australia provided that the item is in stock (you can check the inventory on the product page).

The majority of US orders are shipped from our Lafayette, Indiana warehouse.  For each product, you can see if we have inventory held in the USA on the product page on the website.  If we have inventory in the US we will ship from there.

For other international orders, we will ship from either the USA or Australia depending on stock levels and proximity to the destination.

Most orders are shipped within 1-2 business days of your order being placed.  Please allow up to 4 business days during busy periods, such as the holidays.

Estimated delivery timelines from our Australian warehouse are:

Melbourne: 1-5 business days
Within Australia: 1-10 business days
NZ: 7-15 business days
USA: 15-22 business days
UK: 15-22 business days
Canada: 15-22 business days
Rest of World: Allow up to 30 working days

Please allow extra time at present as some shipping delays are being experienced due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

You will be emailed all tracking details once the items have been dispatched.

For International Orders, there are sometimes a new "local" tracking number which is used once the package reaches the destination country.  Use this tracking number to track your package through your local mail service.


International orders may incur import duties and taxes, these are payable by you, the customer.

If you are unsure whether this is applicable for your destination country we recommend you contact your local customs office for more information.

Parcels sent that have their customs and duties taxes refused will be returned to sender and refunded less delivery & cost of return to our warehouse.

We understand how frustrating it is to not receive your order on time.  We do our best to get your order to you ASAP but unfortunately sometimes sh*t happens!

If it's been more than 2 business days since your order was expected to arrive please get in touch with us so we can investigate the delay for you.


After Sales

We can refund you if you contact us before your order has been shipped.  You will be charged a $10 AUD restocking fee.

Unfortunately we do not offer refunds for change of mind once your order has left our warehouse.

Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. We offer a 30-days Exchange Policy:

To be eligible for an exchange, goods must be unworn, undamaged and in original conditionPlease email info@ilovedrift.com.au with the subject 'Exchange' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.We will provide you with instructions where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.When returned item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the exchange. If the exchange is approved, we will send you out your replacement item

Note: Made to Order Items such as our Christmas Range (these are specified on the product page) cannot be exchanged. Please consult the sizing chart prior to purchase.
